Brivity helps you stay on top of your tasks with Priority Tasks!
In Brivity, you can organize your tasks by importance. Make work easier by easily viewing which tasks are to be completed first in a day, versus tasks that could be put off for later in the day.
Use task priorities 1-9 to know which tasks are most important (1) being the highest level of importance) for you and your team to complete first and (9) being which tasks can be left until the end of the day.
To prioritize your tasks base on importance level
Navigate to the Tasks tab on the Left of your account and click the [+] next to Tasks. In this example, we're creating a new task. Fill out the details of your new Task.
Set the task priority level, select the third field down named Priority and click the drop down to select the level of importance(1-9).
Or select an existing task you would like to prioritize. You can add Priorities to all your existing tasks.
To edit an existing task, open the Task and select the task you would like to prioritize by clicking EDIT.

Note: There are 3 priority levels, each with 3 numbers in that level. High #1-3, Medium #4-6, and Low #7-9. Use the numbers within the levels to prioritize your "High", "Medium", and "Low" priorities within that level (most important = #1, less important #2 and so on).
Now your task has been prioritized based on your selection and will appear on the assigned user's task tab where they can sort by priority level, details, or due date.
