How To Create A Task Or Add A Reminder

You may want to create a Task or Add a Reminder for a Person or a Transaction outside of an Action Plan. The steps for doing this are the same except when adding a Reminder you will want to assign and associate the Task with yourself. 

Select the plus sign next to Tasks in the Left Navigation Bar.



In the New Task form fill out the Date Due, Who Task is Assigned to, Visibility, Recurring Frequency, Associated with, Task Details, Instructions and Notes. If you have a task that you would like to assign yourself or a team member but it is not associated with a specific property or person, you will Add a Reminder by assigning and associating it with yourself. Select Save & Close and the task has now been created.
