When working in the Leads or People tabs, you may want to filter to see different subsets of contacts, such as filtering by status (new, hot, past clients, etc.) or filtering to only see contacts assigned to a specific Primary Agent.
First, navigate to the tab within Leads or People that you wish to work within.
Click the Filter button in the top right corner of the screen.
Once selected, a window will appear with multiple options for filtering. You can filter by Lead Type, Status, Primary Agent, Source, Intention, or Tags. Select as many or as few of the filters you wish to apply. When you're done assigning filters, press Filter. Your People page will now be filtered.
