When working in the People database, you may want to filter to see different Statuses and People or to indicate who the Primary Agent is.
Navigate to the Person Type you wish to work within. Click the Filter button. Once selected, a window will appear with multiple options for filtering. Select as many or as few of the filters you wish to apply.
To filter your contacts by who their Primary Agent is, search for the teammate you are wanting to view contacts for.
Your filtered results will now be displayed.
