Choosing Domain Names For Your Valuations Account

There are millions of domain ideas out there, and with a little creativity, you can find the best options for you and your business. Here are some suggestions on domain names:

First, what is the target audience you’re looking to pursue? We suggest sites that are geared towards the following: sphere, farming, branded sites, just sold, just listed, and canceled/expired.

Next, when choosing your domain name, focus on things that make sense for your target audience: area codes, zip codes, neighborhood names, city names, locations (north, south, east or west), etc.

Here are a few examples of domain names for different target audiences based on our location in Bellingham, WA. (*Please note, these are NOT real sites)

Sphere: BenKnowsEquity.com

Farming: EdgemoorHomeValue.com

Branded: ListWithBen.com

Just Sold: SoldByBen.com

Just Listed: 360homevalue.com, 98225housevalues.com, 425homevalue.com, WAhomevalue.com, SeattleHomeValue.com

Canceled/Expired: homevalue4you.com

(Suggestion: Is the domain name you want unavailable? Try modifying words from Home to House, or Value to Worth or Equity!)

Again, it’s all about choosing domains that make sense for your audience, and for your area!
