To schedule and send Drip Campaigns, email templates will need to be created with the content you wish to send out. This article details how to create email templates.
Drip campaigns are ONLY featured in People Action Plans.
To create email actions within an Action Plan in order to schedule drip emails, click the Account Dropdown Menu and then click Settings.
Click the Action Plans tab.
Scheduled emails can be set up within an Action Plan that contains tasks as well as other scheduled emails. To create a scheduled email within an existing or new Action Plan, click Create New Email Action.
In the window that populates, fill out the required fields and select an Email Template from the previously created email template options. You will also need to fill out Days until due, but the time is optional. We also added in the options to Add Instructions & Make Contingent!
