We've giving open beta access to Auto Plans for Brivity Platform subscribers! Here's a quick tutorial on how it to set up your first Auto Plan.
This tutorial is broken into 3 parts:
- Set Account Time Zone
- Add a Plan
- Add the Initial Trigger (criteria that will make the plan start automatically)
Part 1: Set Account Time Zone
Step 1: This has to be done by the Account Owner of a Brivity account.
Go to Account > Business (or click here) and select your desired Account Time Zone. This will determine when the texts and emails from Auto Plans send, as well as when the tasks from plans are due.
Part 2: Add a Plan
Step 1: Find Auto Plans in your Settings or by clicking HERE. *Auto Plans can only be created by Admin Access Accounts. Click Add Plan.
Step 2: Name the Plan and click Next.
Step 3: Start building out the plan steps by adding a Task, Email, Or Text (SMS).
Step 4: Here are the options if you choose to add a Text- which is very similar to the tasks and email options.
Continue setting up steps. As you add steps, they will be added to Triggers in the "After" dropdown for the plan, allowing you to select if any subsequent action of the plan will happen after that step or after the initial Trigger.
Part 3: Add the Initial Trigger
Now that your Auto Plan is ready, you'll need to set the initial Trigger to make it automatic. Return to the Auto Plan tab in Settings or click here for quick access.
Step 1: Click Add Trigger.
Step 2: Set the plan you built and then set the triggers that kick off the plan.
