Automabots records all the activity for every lead that interacts with your chatbot either on your website or an integrated Facebook business page. Let's look at an example.
Begin by logging into the Automabots dashboard using the Username and Password you were provided when you enrolled.
You will see the Leads index with performance metrics at the top.
In the upper-right corner, there is a combo-box to select the timeframe for the Performance graphs. 'Daily' shows you the metrics for the past 24 hours. 'Weekly' for the past week-to-date, and 'Monthly' for the past year-to-date.
Once you've been a chatbot user for a few months, something that is super interesting is to look at the total views, engagements, and conversations from the past year. It gives you an interesting perspective on the activity on your website and FB page.
Looking at a single user
Click on one of the users in the grid below the Performance graphs. You will see the user details.
You see that 'CMA Requests' is selected and the user hasn't requested any. Next, click on 'Showing Requests' and you will see that the user did request a showing. You can search for the particular listing from the MLS ID in column 1.
Finally, click on Realtor Messages and you will see three messages that were sent to you.
Now, go up to the menu bar near the top of the page where it says 'Alerts'. Click on the 'Alerts' menu tab.
You will see the Sold Alerts that the user subscribed to. Here is an example:
Selecting 'New Listing Updates' reveals a list of listing updates the user requested. Here is an example:
Next, click on 'Likes' menu tab. Here you will see all the properties the user 'liked. Click on 'Dislikes' to view the properties that the user gave a 'thumbs-down'.
Finally, click on 'Conversations' to view all the conversations the user had with the chatbot. You can select from any of the conversations by clicking on the days label on the left.
