If you haven't already, log in to your dashboard and select the 'Conversations' menu item in the left menu bar. You will see an index of conversations with the newest on the top.
Notice that there is one user that is currently on the website interacting with the chatbot. Also, Shenequa has been on the site several times on different occasions. To view a complete conversation, click on the user's name in the left column and scroll through the conversation in the right column.
Taking over a conversation
A very cool feature of the dashboard is the ability to take over a live conversation. Click on the LIVE User and you will see the current conversation.
Type a message where it says 'Type your message here'. This temporarily turns off the chatbot's auto response and allows you to take over. Notice that the 'Bot Replies' switch is turned off.
If you want the bot to take over again, just turn the 'Bot Replies' switch back on.
