The Notifications page is where you set up your notification email and text addresses and specify the notification types you want to receive.
Step 1: Click Settings from the left navigation menu. Then click Notifications.
Step 2: Notification Email Addresses
An email is sent to all the email addresses specified when a positive condition is met in the Notification Type.
NOTE: Every email that is sent to you is meta-tagged. This means that lead information is provided in the header of the email. If you want to integrate with a CRM that is not on the Integrations page, you can add the custom forwarding email address as a recipient here on the Notifications page.
Step 3: Notification Phone Numbers
Some customers prefer to receive notifications via text (SMS). If you enrolled in texting services (see Setting up Texting Service) then enter your number here.
Step 4: Notification Type
Turn on or off the notification types based on your preferences. These are notifications that are sent in response to requests that chatbot users make when interacting with the bot.
