To manage the way your Bot interacts with users, edit or change your Dialogue Settings.
Step 1: Click Settings from the left navigation menu. Then click Dialogue.
Step 2: Under Bot Phrases, you can manage the messages the bot periodically displays when the chat window is minimized on your website. You can also add or remove your own custom phrases.
The chatbot will rotate through the phrases in random order at a rate set in the Repeat Time box. We recommend setting the repeat time between 30 and 60 seconds so as not to bother the user, but often enough to be a call to action.
Step 3: The Greeting Message is the first message a user sees from the chatbot in the chat window. Make it a good call to action!
Step 4: Save your changes.
