From the Leads Dashboard, you can click each user for insights into their website activity.
Step 1: Click on one of the leads in the grid below the Performance graphs. You will see the User Details on the left. If the client has requested a CMA, a showing, or left a message, it will show up under Requests. Click on each box for more info.
Step 2: From the menu bar, click Alerts. You will see the Sold Alerts and New Listing Updates that the user subscribed to.
Step 3: Click Likes to see all the properties the user has liked.
Step 4: Click Dislikes to see the properties the used disliked.
Step 5: Click Conversations to view all the conversations the user has had with the chatbot. You can select from any of the conversations by clicking through the list on the left.
