The timezone in accounts affects the deliverability of text messages, emails, and tasks associated with Auto Plans in Brivity Platform Accounts.
This has to be done by the Account Owner of a Brivity account.
To set your Time Zone, click your name in the upper right and drop to Account then find the tab for Business (or click here). Select your desired Account Time Zone. This will determine when the texts and emails from Auto Plans send, as well as when the tasks from plans are due.
